Vent Session

Ever need to feel heard?

This is a safe, judgment-free space to express whatever you’re feeling or facing. No advice unless you ask for it — just presence, empathy, and room to breathe. Sometimes, you don’t need a solution. You just need someone to listen.

Price: $10 for 20 minutes

Sessions can be held over the phone

Talk Space

Ever just want to talk freely?

This is your space for a real, relaxed 1-on-1 chat about anything — favorite shows, life updates, deep thoughts, or random ideas. No expectations. No judgment. Just a genuine conversation with someone who’s fully present.

Because sometimes, you just need a human connection.

Price:

$15 for 30 minutes

$ 25 for 60 minutes

Sessions can be held over the phone or through video chat, based on your personal preference.

A gentle space to talk through your goals, build motivation, and explore your next steps. Guided by the calm and adaptable nature of water, this session helps you find direction with ease and clarity.

This is a safe space to be heard, reflect, and grow. I’m here to listen without judgment, to support you through your process, and to hold space for your truth.

That said, it’s important to know:

  • Confidentiality is honored - Everything you share stays between us, with one exception: if there is a clear risk of harm to yourself or others, we encourage you to seek professional help.

  • This is not therapy - We are not licensed mental health professionals. While we can walk beside you and listen deeply, I cannot offer clinical advice or diagnoses.

  • Respect goes both ways - This is a space built on mutual respect, presence, and openness. Hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

If at any point you're struggling in ways that may need more specialized help, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or appropriate resources that can better support your journey.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a session. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally authorized to enter into this agreement.

Nature of Services

We provide non-clinical, conversation-based support designed to offer emotional relief and human connection. This includes:

  • Vent Sessions – A space to freely express emotions and experiences without judgment.

  • Talk Space – Engaging, back-and-forth conversations for deeper connection.

Please note: These services are not a substitute for licensed therapy or professional mental health treatment. We are not therapists, counselors, or medical professionals, and we do not provide clinical advice, diagnoses, or treatment of any kind.

Mental Health and Crisis Situations

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in crisis, we urge you to seek immediate help from a licensed professional or call a crisis hotline.

In the United States, dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (available 24/7).

We do not provide crisis intervention or emergency support.

Confidentiality

We are committed to creating a respectful and private environment where you can speak freely. While we strive to maintain confidentiality in all sessions, please understand that we are not licensed mental health professionals and are not responsible for assessing or responding to crises.

However, in extreme cases where a clear and immediate risk of harm is communicated, we may choose to encourage appropriate next steps, such as encouraging you to seek your own licensed professionals or emergency services. Any disclosures required by law, such as those involving abuse or serious threats to safety, will be handled appropriately within our limited role.

Please note: We do not provide crisis intervention or emergency response.

Payment and Rescheduling Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. We will gladly help you reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if we determine that a session violates our policies, becomes inappropriate, or poses harm. No refunds will be issued in these instances.

Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own emotional and personal outcomes. We are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences related to your participation.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, you confirm that you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Understand and accept the nature and limitations of the services offered

  • Have read and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions
