We offer services like our Vent Session, where you can share your thoughts and life events with someone who’s here just to listen. If you need more back-and-forth conversation, our Talk Space service might be the right fit. This is where you can have deeper, more meaningful conversations, and think of us as a friend to talk to when you need one.
This is a safe space to be heard, to reflect, and to grow. I’m here to listen without judgment, to support you through your process, and to hold space for your truth.
That said, it’s important to know:
Confidentiality is honored - Everything you share stays between us, with one exception: if there is a clear risk of harm to yourself or others, we encourage you to seek support from a professional.
This is not therapy - We are not licensed mental health professionals. While we can walk beside you and listen deeply, we cannot offer clinical advice or diagnoses.
Respect goes both ways - This is a space built on mutual respect, presence, and openness. Hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
