Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a session. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally authorized to enter into this agreement.

Nature of Services

We offer friendly, conversation-based sessions designed to provide comfort, connection, and a listening ear.

• Listening Space– A space to freely express emotions and experiences without judgment.

• Talk Space – Engaging, back-and-forth conversations for deeper connection.

Please note: EverHeard companions are not licensed professionals — we’re simply here to be your online friends and listening companions. These sessions are meant for genuine conversation and connection, not therapy or professional advice.

Mental Health and Crisis Situations

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in crisis, we urge you to seek immediate help from a licensed professional or call a crisis hotline.

In the United States, dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (available 24/7).

We do not provide crisis intervention or emergency support.

Payment and Rescheduling Policy

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. We will gladly help you reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if we determine that a session violates our policies, becomes inappropriate, or poses harm. No refunds will be issued in these instances.

Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own emotional and personal outcomes. We are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences related to your participation.

By booking a session, you confirm that you:
